Cancellations and Modifications
How do I cancel my order on SISPN MARKET?
To cancel your order, contact our helpline directly. If your order has not been dispatched, you can refuse delivery upon arrival. In such cases, your order will be identified as canceled, and the advance payment will be promptly reimbursed.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, changes to the delivery address are not possible. To update the address, kindly cancel the existing order and reorder the product with the correct details. Any payments made will be refunded to you.
I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?
Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the courier delivers the item to our Returns Center. Refund processing times vary based on the chosen refund method.
Would the consumer receive their entire payment if they cancel a paid order?
In the event of a customer-initiated order cancellation, the processing fee will not be refunded.

- Issue not reported within 3 days
- Issue is not valid for return

Can I open the box of the product or remove the seal before paying?
Open Parcel Delivery is an exclusive service of SISPN MARKET, ensuring that you only receive what you ordered. While you can check the box’s condition, the company’s seal, and the color mentioned on the pin-packed mobile box, breaking the seal to inspect the inner physical appearance, components, or functioning of the product is not allowed.
Self Pick Up
Where can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up from our experience centers and warehouses in Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore.
Why is Self-Pick-up Service not available in other cities?
The Self-Pick-up option is currently limited to cities with our authorized warehouses. We plan to extend this service to other major cities soon.
How can I avail Self-Pick up Service?
Select the Self-Pickup option when placing an order on our website to avail of this service.
How do I know that my order has been delivered and is ready for pickup?
Upon dispatch, an SMS will be sent to you with the warehouse address and pick-up time. If you do not receive a notification within 5 working days, please contact our customer care service.
How to pick up the order?
Visit our warehouse, present your order number and pickup notification received through SMS, along with your Original CNIC, and collect your parcel.
How long will the pickup location hold the order?
The pickup location will hold the order for 48 hours after confirmation. If the order is not collected within that time, it will be canceled and marked for return.
